Price $45.00 an hour plus $45.00 for intake (Financial hardships can be considered)

Our goal is to provide a safe, structured, and neutral environment for children and families.

Our Role

Women of Worth is a neutral provider of supervised visitation services. We do not take sides between parents. We do

not provide legal advice. We are not therapists, mediators, investigators, or custody evaluators. Our role is to

supervise visits, maintain safety, document observations, and follow court orders.

Confidentiality

Supervised visitation is not confidential. Records and reports may be released if required by court order, subpoena,

law enforcement, Child Protective Services, or other legal requirements.

Mandated Reporting

Women of Worth staff are mandated reporters under California law and are required to report suspected child abuse

or neglect to the appropriate authorities.

Court Orders

Women of Worth follows court orders, not requests from either parent. It is the responsibility of the parties to provide

updated court orders. Services may be delayed or suspended if court orders are unclear, conflicting, or unavailable.

Arrival Procedures

The visiting parent must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled visitation time. Upon arrival, the visiting parent will

enter through the entrance connected to the supervised visitation room. A provider will conduct a brief check-in before

the child arrives. Visits may be delayed, suspended, or cancelled if safety concerns are identified. The custodial

parent and child will arrive separately and enter through the Women of Worth Vintage Store entrance. Parents shall

not have contact with one another during arrival unless specifically ordered by the court. The child will not be brought

into the visitation area until the provider has completed the check-in process with the visiting parent and determined

that the visit may proceed safely.

Departure Procedures

At the conclusion of the visit, a provider or approved staff member will escort the child from the visitation area to the

Women of Worth Vintage Store entrance, where the child will be reunited with the custodial parent. Once the child has

safely departed, the visiting parent will leave through the same entrance used upon arrival. Parents shall not have

contact with one another during departure unless specifically ordered by the court. All parties are expected to leave

the property promptly following completion of services.
